We may collect contact details, delivery details, account activity, design submissions, order records, and messages you send us. We collect this information when you create an account, join a waitlist, place an order, submit a custom design, or contact support.

We use this information to run the store, fulfil orders, manage moderation, provide support, reduce abuse, and improve the platform. We do not publish private customer information publicly.

You can request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you by contacting support. Privacy complaints can also be sent through the same contact path and will be reviewed before escalation.
