Returns and refunds.
If a product has a fault, is significantly different from its description, or does not meet consumer guarantees, we will work with you on the appropriate remedy.
Under Australian Consumer Law, goods come with automatic consumer guarantees. Depending on the issue, remedies can include repair, replacement, refund, or compensation.
For change-of-mind requests, we may decline returns unless a separate offer says otherwise. Custom, approved creator items and special release items may have narrower change-of-mind options because they are made or reserved for that order.
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was promised, contact support with your order number and photos where possible so we can assess the quickest remedy path.
