Delivery timing varies by product state, release type, and whether an item is made after purchase.
We aim to provide a dispatch estimate at checkout or on the relevant product page. Limited releases, made-to-order garments, and moderated creator items may take longer than stable catalog essentials.
If timing changes after purchase, we will update the order status in your account when possible. Where an item is not supplied within the agreed time, or within a reasonable time if no time was agreed, your Australian Consumer Law rights may apply.
We may split communication by order stage, including confirmation, production, shipment, and delivery. Shipping availability and fees can vary by destination.
