These terms govern use of the v11f storefront, account system, drops, polls, and custom design tools.
Products may move between concept, polling, drop, active, paused, and retired states. Not every visible product is available to purchase at all times.
Member-created designs are subject to moderation. Approval to submit, poll, or reserve a creator purchase does not guarantee broader release.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that apply to goods and services supplied to Australian consumers.
The ACCC states that when consumers shop online, the usual consumer rights still apply, including the basic rights known as consumer guarantees.
